Any brand not purchased with our Lifetime Warranty (see "What brands can be purchased with our Lifetime Warranty") is covered by our extended warranty.

Our warranty applies against all defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in the products. We'll repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that fails to operate due to a defect. We'll cover shipping both ways to get the repair or replacement taken care of for you. We do not cover any service, installation, or other third party fees associated with the defect.

The warranty does not cover :

• Glass which has become damaged due to mishandling, improper installation or use, or resulting from extreme acts of nature.
• Product finish which has faded, rusted, or pitted due to environmental factors.*
• All accessories and bulbs.
• Light bulbs/lamps that have burned out (unless otherwise stated on the product page for LED fixtures).
• Service, installation, or other third party fees incurred due to the defect.
• Products purchased on closeout are not eligible for a lifetime warranty. These products are known discontinued items and are no longer being made and therefore cannot be replaced after 30 days of receipt

*For questions about appropriate fixtures for coastal regions or extreme temperatures, please contact our sales team.

The Warranty coverage is valid for 10 years from receipt and only if a product is purchased directly though Belami Inc dba 1StopLighting.com. Claims may only be filed by the original purchaser or owner as required under this Warranty.

Closeout items are not eligible for the lifetime warranty as they are known discontinued items and are no longer being made. They cannot be replaced after 30 days of receipt.

Brands not purchased with our Lifetime Warranty will receive a 1 year warranty from 1StopLighting. It applies to the original purchaser of the product and the product must have been purchased from 1StopLighting to activate our warranty. The warranty does not apply to orders placed with another retailer.

Closeout items are not eligible for the extended warranty as they are known discontinued items and are no longer being made. They cannot be replaced after 30 days of receipt.

If your item was not on closeout at the time of purchase and has since been discontinued and is still covered under either our extended or lifetime warranty, please give us a call. We'll work with you on an alternative solution. We'll take care of you either way.

When properly installed by professionals and under normal conditions of use, our fixtures are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the item in its original installed location. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Warranty may not be transferred to any other party. Outdoor fixtures require re-application of UV protectant clear coats at least every two years or the warranty is voided. All other modifications void our warranty. Improper installation also voids our warranty.
