The Colony 60 in Roman Bronze features a 188.0 X 20.0 3 speed motor with a Twelve degree blade pitch. The Colony Super Max ceiling fan by provides maximum airflow with a smooth, tailored look. With three color options, two of which with reversible dual finish blades, and a dual mount canopy included, it can complement a wide variety of room decor and sizes. The Colony Super Max is rated for damp locations and has an optional remote control.

Colony Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan Dimensions

• Diameter: 60" blades included; Height: 13.5" (From Ceiling to Bottom of the motor housing, When mounted with the included 6" Downrod) Requires a minimum ceiling height of 8' for proper safety clearance. Blade Drop 14.8". Housing Width 11.8" .
• Canopy Diameter 5.15". This ceiling fan can be mounted on a sloped ceiling up to 30 degrees with the included hardware. For a steeper slope, a ceiling fan slope adapter will be required, MC95 or MC93

Motor Information

• Premium 188mm x 20mm AC motor with 3 speeds and reverse. Designed for quiet operation and ultra efficiency. UL & ULC damp rated to be used indoors or in covered outdoor areas. The motor is covered under a limited lifetime warranty.
• The Colony ceiling fan uses a strong AC motor that creates more power and torque.

Fan Blades

• Comes with 5 modern reversible blades, American Walnut on one side, Bronze on the other. The blades are precision balanced for wobble free operation.
• The blade pitch of the fan is 12 degrees. Creating an optimal airflow of 5509 CFM when used on the highest speed.

Control

• This fan uses a pull chain design with a reverse switch located on the fan body. It is remote control adaptable.

Room Suggestion

• The Colony is great for covered patios, covered porches, or any other covered outdoor area. The 60" size is recommended to be used indoors in larger rooms that are 150-300 square feet or more. Such as a family room, great room, master suite, bonus room or a large bedroom.
